PCB wire modifications
For those debug phases for new PCB designs, SENSE OF ORDER, INC. can make any wire modifications needed in fine gauge wire, fine-pitch SMT, through-hole and with creative ingenuity and simplicity.

Custom Cable Assemblies
When inter-connectivity is needed between sub-assemblies and modules, SENSE OF ORDER, INC. has the experience to design and build cables and wire harnesses using all manner of high-power, low-power and low to high density connectors.

Documentation
Working in AutoCAD-LT, ORCAD and the MS Office suite of software, SENSE OF ORDER, INC. will provide complete, concise and professionally formatted documentation for your projects. SENSE OF ORDER, INC. will interface with your MRP, Quality systems and formats to assist in your documentation release process.

Test and Diagnostics
The tool box of test and diagnostic experience within SENSE OF ORDER, INC. is well rounded, with printed circuit board assembly test using bench-top equipment, manual test boxes or Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Cable and system harness testing has been done with both ATE and manual means. System test-diagnostic experience has been gained in military laser range-finder / designators and thermal imagers as well as ophthalmic laser surgery systems, including optical test bed alignment and calibration involved with system manual test and ATE.

Test Set Fabrication
Along with the development and fabrication of your new PCBA, cable or electronic assembly, SENSE OF ORDER, INC. can do the same for the test interfaces you need to meet the specifications you require for testing, from prototype and bread-board/brass-board to documented, released equipment.
